I have had a great experience so far with Scott Properties and their employees. I found a house online to rent while I was in TN and was able to do all of my paperwork online which was nice.  I recently had a small issue that required me to put in a work order. The work order was handled immediately and they even took the time to follow up and confirm that the issue had been resolved and that I was satisfied with the tech that came out. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Midlands area looking to rent.

This is by far the BEST rental experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had quite a few!  This company is extremely professional, methodical, and has every detail covered.  They were very patient with me with my “dumb questions”, and assured me that they would assist me with anything they could.  I love my new house, and the process in which I obtained it to rent.  They have set the bar high for other companies, and took the headache out of what can be a very daunting ordeal.  Everything was indeed seamless.  10 Stars!
